The Worshipful Company of Poulters is a City of London Livery Company, operating the Master Poulter’s Pelican Trust (registered Charity in England and Wales number 1087248), and the Nepton Trust (registered Charity in England and Wales number 312157), and The Charitable Trust (registered Charity in England and Wales number 1044721). This policy applies to The Worshipful Company of Poulters and all websites, Trusts and services owned and operated by The Worshipful Company of Poulters including this website, our back office operations and payment management portal.

What information do we collect about you?

Contact details: We collect information about how to contact you such as your name, job title, email address, phone number and postal address. We will collect this information whenever we interact with you and may need to get back in touch at a later date. For example, if you contact us by email, phone or via our websites, or if you attend one of our events, speak to one of our members at an event, trade-show or in a meeting.

Information provided through our event channels: When you interact with our team, either by speaking to one of our staff, emailing, or reserving a ticket through our website, we will collect information from you relating to the event.

Membership: Our team will use your contact details to get in touch with you to find out if you are interested in our events or services, or to follow up if you have enquired about our events or services.

Marketing communications: If you have given us your consent to do so we will send you information about our company, our  services and news from the Worshipful Company of Poulters. If you have consented to receive marketing communications you may opt out at any time.
